About our Logo

A logo is a company’s representation that instils instant recognition. It tells a story and gives a glimpse on what the company is all about. Ambica’s logo is enclosed by a circle which is symbolic for the cell, the basic structure and functional unit of the human body. We adopted the Hermes’ staff, the caduceus—a symbol of commerce and growth—but the snakes were replaced instead with the intertwined, evolving Double Helix DNA to depict cell multiplication, a metaphor to our business development and progress. The Staff also resembles the strength of our products in terms of cutting edge technology, high quality, and affordability.  Finally, we incorporated the colored DNA base-pairs in between the Double Helix to represent the strong bond within our company. Ambica is one family. Our employees play a pivotal role to the company’s growth. The Watson-Crick Model of the DNA encryption forms the basis of every human genome, and is relevant in the breakthrough of modern technology and advancements in medicine. And just as the DNA Codon is to genetics, so is the pairing base unit is to Ambica’s core infrastructure: Inter-connected with its mission-vision, its aspiration for the common good, its goal, and its commitment to be able to offer partnership with the medical community. The language of life is based upon the chemical composition of the DNA which forms the human genome. This spells out codes that dictate messages which are translated by cells into traits of organisms. This symbol of Ambica is also translated in our works, ethics, products, and commitment.
