Each vial of Cardomin contains 250mg/20mL of dobutamine lyophilized powder for IV infusion. It is a sympathomimetic amine, structurally related to dopamine. Streptokinase is a proteolytic enzyme from Streptoccocus species that is used to dissolve clots that forms and clogs the blood vessels. It is given intravenously as soon as possible after the onset of a heart attack to dissolve clots in the arteries of the heart wall.
